Step 2Confirm your fleet and pricing
Tick the aircraft you want listed. Adjust the charter rate, floor and target for each one, or keep the market rates we suggest.
Step 3Connect your schedule
Leon, FL3XX, Level Flight or any calendar link. Empty legs are found from your schedule, read-only, and wait for your approval. No software works too.

Connect the software you already run and your empty legs, charter rates and schedule come across. Read-only: we never change anything in your system.

Nothing. There is no sign-up or monthly fee. We earn only on flights booked through us: a commission or a margin on top of your rate, agreed with you before anything is listed.
Who can join?+
ENAC COA charter operators in Italy. We check your licence against the regulator's published list before listing any aircraft.
Will my full-fare clients see my discounted prices?+
No. Empty legs are listed without your company name. Your name appears on your profile and on full charter quotes, never next to a discounted leg.
Who sets the price?+
You do. Your charter rate is used for full charter quotes. For empty legs you set a floor and a target, and we never sell below your floor.
Do I have to take every request?+
No. You answer each request as available and holding, available but unable to hold, or not available. Nothing is booked without your confirmation.
Do I need scheduling software?+
No. Connecting software lets us find empty legs for you, but you can post legs yourself or send them to our operator team on WhatsApp or email.
How do I get paid?+
The traveller pays Altivo Jets in full before the flight. Once you confirm the booking in writing, we pay you on the terms in your operator agreement.
My company already has a page on Altivo. Is that me?+
Probably. We list every licensed operator from the regulator's list. Claim your page when you sign up and it becomes yours to edit.
