What we do
We are a charter broker. We do not own or operate aircraft. You tell us the trip; we find licensed operators with a suitable aircraft, compare their prices and put the best options in front of you, each with the operator's name and an all-in price.
Once you choose, you sign a charter agreement, pay, and we look after the details with the operator until you land.
Two markets, two desks
India and the United States have different regulators, taxes and booking rules, so each has its own desk and its own section of this website.
In India every flight is operated by the holder of a DGCA Non-Scheduled Operator Permit (NSOP). Prices are in rupees, with GST shown as a separate line.
In the United States every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or Part 121) air carrier. Prices are in dollars, with federal excise tax included. Altivo acts as your agent under the US Department of Transportation's air charter broker rules (14 CFR Part 295).
How we check operators
Before we quote an aircraft, we check that the operator holds a current permit or certificate and that the aircraft is listed under it. The operator's company name appears on your quote and in your charter agreement, so you always know who flies you.
The aircraft and operator counts on this website come from the official operator registers published by DGCA in India and the FAA in the United States.
How we are paid
Our fee is built into the total on your quote. We do not add a separate booking charge. Prices shown on the website, in the cost calculator and in the chat are estimates for planning; your quote is the price that counts.
Policies and contact
Our privacy policy, terms of use, cancellation and refund policy, cookie notice and grievance process are linked at the foot of every page. To reach the desk, use the contact page, WhatsApp or the chat, around the clock.
