Our status
Altivo Jets is an air charter broker. It is not an air carrier, does not hold an Air Operator Certificate and does not have operational control of any aircraft. The flights advertised on this website are operated by holders of an Air Operator Certificate issued by the UK Civil Aviation Authority, or by properly licensed foreign operators.
Who holds operational control
The operator named on your quote holds operational control of your flight. It is responsible for the aircraft, the crew, maintenance and the conduct of the flight, and its pilot in command decides whether the flight can go ahead safely.
What we tell you before you sign
The company name of the operator flying you, and any other name it trades under. The CAA says that by law you must be told the operator's name.
The capacity we act in: unless your charter agreement says otherwise, Altivo Jets acts as your agent in arranging the charter.
Altivo Jets does not hold liability insurance that covers passengers or aircraft. The operating carrier's insurance applies to your flight, and the carrier's policy details are available on request before you sign.
The total price, with Air Passenger Duty, VAT where it applies and any fees paid to third parties shown separately.
If the operator has to change, we tell you before the flight; if you do not accept the new operator, you may cancel for a full refund.
