Our status
Altivo Jets is an air charter broker. It is not a direct air carrier or a direct foreign air carrier in operational control of aircraft, and the air service advertised on this website is provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier. This disclosure is made under US Department of Transportation rules for air charter brokers (14 CFR Part 295).
What we tell you before you sign
The corporate name of the air carrier in operational control of your aircraft, and any other name it trades under.
The capacity we act in: unless your charter agreement says otherwise, Altivo Jets acts as your agent in arranging the charter.
Altivo Jets does not hold liability insurance that covers passengers or aircraft. The operating carrier's insurance applies to your flight, and the carrier's policy details are available on request before you sign.
On request: any business relationship we have with the operator, the total price including all taxes and fees, and any fees paid directly to third parties.
If the operator cannot be named when you sign, we tell you as soon as it is known; if you do not accept it, you may cancel for a full refund.
Refunds
If a flight cannot be performed, or a refund is otherwise due, we make it promptly: card refunds within the time set by US credit card rules, and refunds of payments made by cash or cheque within 20 days of a complete refund request. See our cancellation and refund policy for details.
