What a quote includes
A charter quote is for the whole aircraft, not per seat. It includes the aircraft, the crew, fuel, the flying time of your trip and any positioning flight needed to bring the aircraft to you or take it home. Our own fee is built into the total; we do not add a separate booking charge.
What can be extra
Some costs depend on the trip and are listed on the quote before you sign: crew overnight stays and waiting days on multi-day trips, airport landing, parking and handling charges, night or after-hours charges, permits for some international flights, special catering, de-icing in winter and in-flight Wi-Fi where available.
Taxes
Most US charter flights carry the 7.5% federal excise tax and a per-passenger segment fee; international flights carry international arrival and departure taxes instead. These are included in the total on your quote. Be cautious of any charter price that leaves out federal excise tax.
Estimates on this website
Prices shown on this website, in the cost calculator and in the chat are estimates for planning, based on typical hourly rates for each jet size. Your quote is the price for your dates, aircraft and route, and it is the only price that counts.
