Read tools have no side effects. Only request_quote sends anything, and nothing is ever booked, held or charged through the server.

The trip and the traveller's name, email and optional phone reach the Altivo desk. A specialist contacts the traveller to confirm aircraft, availability and the all-in price. No payment is taken and nothing is booked by the call.
What data does the server keep?+
Read tools need no personal data. request_quote stores the details the traveller gives so the desk can reply, handled under our privacy policy. Requests are counted per tool for rate limits and service statistics; IP addresses are used only for rate limiting.
Are the prices real?+
Empty leg prices are the live listed prices for the whole aircraft. Charter figures are indicative estimates from current hourly rates by aircraft size, labelled as estimates. Both show estimated taxes separately; the quote confirms the final all-in price.
Why are operators not named on empty legs?+
Operators share discounted repositioning flights on the understanding that their name is not shown next to the discount. The operator is named on the quote before anything is paid, as charter rules require.
