Where the list comes from
The Italian charter operators on our list are Sirio, Aliserio, Heliwest, Elilombarda, HoverFly, Sardinian Sky Service, Alba Servizi Aerotrasporti, Air Corporate and AElia. Each appears on ENAC's list of air operator certificate holders dated 25 March 2026. Operators from other EU countries also fly in Italy.
We start from ENAC's own list of COA holders and keep the operators that offer charter. The aircraft counts are the aircraft we list for each operator, which may not be its whole fleet.
The list is sorted by the number of aircraft we list, and says nothing about service or safety beyond the certificate. Each operator's page shows the aircraft we list for it.

How the list shapes your quote
Every quote names the operator that will fly you and its certificate, so you can check it on ENAC's list.
We also ask operators from other EU countries, which hold certificates from their own authorities.
