Overview

How the trip works

Which airport should I fly into for Roland-Garros?

Paris Le Bourget (LFPB), the business aviation airport about 11 km from central Paris. Customs clearance at the FBO takes 5 to 10 minutes and slots are not normally needed. The stadium is on the far, western side of Paris, so the transfer is by car through the city.

The tournament's final weekend, 4 to 6 June 2027, is also the Monaco Grand Prix weekend, so aircraft and crews are in demand across France in the same days.

Le Bourget does not normally require slots or prior permission, but in peak periods aircraft that cannot be parked may be limited to quick turns. Jets cannot take off between 22:15 and 06:00, so after a late match plan a morning departure. Our Paris page shows routes and estimates.

The stadium is in the 16th arrondissement, on the southern edge of the Bois de Boulogne. Universal Weather puts the drive from Le Bourget to central Paris alone at 20 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic, so allow for the extra distance west.

The last leg

Le Bourget to Roland-Garros

Car

The usual last leg. Your FBO arranges a driver to meet the aircraft. Allow for traffic across Paris: 20 minutes to 1.5 hours to the centre alone.

Helicopter

Published helicopter routes link Le Bourget with the Paris heliport at Issy-les-Moulineaux (LFPI); the last stretch is still by car. Ask us whether it saves time on your match day.

At the stadium

A dedicated taxi stand operates at the south-east corner of the site during the tournament. Porte d'Auteuil (line 10) and Michel-Ange Molitor (lines 9 and 10) are the nearest metro stations.

Ask a specialist
When is Roland-Garros 2027?+

Qualifying runs from Monday 17 to Friday 21 May and the main draw from Sunday 23 May to Sunday 6 June 2027. The women's singles final is on Saturday 5 June and the men's singles final on Sunday 6 June.

Which airport is best for Roland-Garros?+

Paris Le Bourget. Charles de Gaulle and Orly accept private jets only in limited cases, with prior permission and short parking times.

Can I fly out of Le Bourget after an evening match?+

Not by jet between 22:15 and 06:00, when jet take-offs from the apron are not permitted. Arrivals are accepted around the clock.

Does the Paris Air Show affect Roland-Garros trips?+

The 2027 show opens on 14 June, after the final. In 2025, restrictions at Le Bourget began on 9 June, a week before that show opened, so if you are staying in Paris into the following week, ask us to check the 2027 rules.

What does a light jet cost in France?+

Light jets charter at about €4,130 to €6,490 per flight hour for the whole aircraft, before airport, handling and parking charges.

Can you get me match tickets?+

We arrange the flights and ground transport, not tickets.
