How event travel works in Canada
Montréal-Trudeau or Saint-Hubert for the Grand Prix and the jazz festival, Toronto Pearson for TIFF and the Canadian Open, Calgary International or Springbank for the Stampede, and Regina International for the 2027 Grey Cup. Billy Bishop, beside downtown Toronto, does not take jets.
Each event fills a city at once. The 2026 Canadian Grand Prix drew a record 360,000 people, and more than 1.4 million attended the 2026 Stampede.
Book the aircraft, parking and ground transport together once your dates are fixed. On Grand Prix weekend no vehicle reaches the circuit site without a parking pass, so for most people the last leg is by metro, river shuttle or a taxi drop-off point.
