Before you fly to Dubai
- About 70% of Dubai's business aviation traffic now uses Al Maktoum International (DWC). Dubai International (DXB) is used mainly for charters and by owners with their own facilities.
- ExecuJet's three-floor private terminal at DWC, opened in December 2024, has customs and immigration inside the building.
- Private and charter flights into the UAE need a landing permit from the emirate's civil aviation authority, normally with at least four business days' notice. The operator files it; we build that into the booking.
- For Dubai, the aircraft must carry its airworthiness certificate, registration, radio licence, worldwide insurance and, on a charter, the operator's air operator certificate.
- Indian passport holders with a valid US visit visa, a US green card, or an EU visit or residence visa can get a 14-day conditional visa on arrival, extendable once by 14 days. Holders of only a UK residence visa are due to lose eligibility when new rules take effect; no date had been announced by July 2026.
- Everyone else needs a UAE visa issued before departure. We check every passenger's passport and visa when you book.
